🌌 SECOND WORLD — Chapter 47: The Price of a Question An answer can be honest without being complete. And a question can reveal more about the one asking it. After days of uncertainty, Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki decides to stop watching from a distance. He enters New Dawn City and begins asking questions. Who created Second World? Why was it created? Who knows what the next crisis will bring? And can someone enter this world without choosing to? To his surprise, the residents are willing to talk. They openly acknowledge the Fool as their world's creator. Public records are freely accessible, and everyone knows about the ten crisis waves. But when Momoshiki asks why the Fool created this world, the answers begin to differ. “I don't know. But I'm glad this place exists.” “Maybe the championship is the point.” “Does there have to be one reason?” Momoshiki realizes something important. Different answers do not necessarily mean someone is lying. And information that hasn't been announced is not the same as information someone is deliberately hiding. Later, he visits Naruto's ramen shop. “Why did the Fool create this world?” Naruto answers without hesitation. “I don't know.” Momoshiki is astonished. How can someone live so comfortably in a world whose creator's intentions remain unknown? Naruto simply explains that he knows the rules he agreed to and what he wants to do here. That doesn't mean he knows everything. Then Momoshiki asks whether someone could be brought into Second World against their will. Naruto pauses. “Are you having trouble with something?” For the first time, Momoshiki realizes his questions are revealing something about himself. Naruto isn't interrogating him. He's genuinely concerned. Meanwhile, Sasuke hears about the unusual questions and chooses caution without jumping to conclusions. The Ōtsutsuki themselves remain divided. Some believe they should keep questioning players. Others worry that every conversation exposes their ignorance and intentions. Kaguya offers a different perspective. “Silence has a cost too.” By nightfall, Momoshiki has gathered more information. But he still doesn't know why he was brought here. He knows the creator's name. He knows the public rules. He knows the residents aren't necessarily hiding the answers he wants. And now, some of them know that he is searching for something. Outside the warm lights of Naruto's ramen shop, Momoshiki walks away in silence. Inside, Naruto watches him leave. “Do you think Momoshiki's okay?” Kurama sighs. “I don't know.” “Maybe I'll ask him next time.” Sometimes the most unsettling thing isn't discovering a secret. It's discovering that nobody has the answer. And sometimes the person asking questions becomes part of someone else's questions.
