Any coding agent can now use your whole computer. And it never touches your mouse. agent-desktop from Vercel Labs gives Claude Code, Codex or whatever agent you run real computer use on the desktop: • no screenshots, no pixel guessing. It reads every app's actual UI through the OS accessibility tree, so each button and text field comes back as a ref the agent can click • runs in the background. Actions go through the accessibility API, so your cursor and focus stay yours while you keep working • several agents can work on your computer at once, each with its own cursor • macOS, Windows and Linux. Open source, Apache-2.0, written in Rust Install: npm install -g agent-desktop On macOS, grant Accessibility permission first (agent-desktop permissions --guide). On Linux it needs at-spi2-core in your desktop session.
