A reported 90% of code from AI sounds like speed until you ask who signs off on it. Reported details say Proton CEO Andy Yen cancelled Nov 4-11 AI re-interviews for nearly all staff, after a 404 Media investigation, and admitted on Oct 30 that the communication failed. The push itself did not stop, and reported measures may move into normal performance reviews. I read that as a rename with the same pressure intact. For a company selling trust, careful security review belongs in the product itself. Rewarding AI volume will raise the volume and lower the trust, so which metric would you protect when the two collide? https://www.404media.co/protons-ceo-cancels-ai-re-interviews/ #Proton #AI #Privacy #Trust
