Running for public office means being prepared to share more of my personal life with the public. I understand that this is part of the responsibility and the price of public service. But one commitment will never change: protecting my family’s privacy and the safety of our community. I have always kept my family out of the public spotlight, and I intend to continue doing so. Public service is about serving people, not putting loved ones in the spotlight.
