金沙江流到云南元谋，把自己铺成了一面镜子。 深秋时节，楚雄彝族自治州元谋县江边乡，峡谷里的江面澄澈如镜，天空与两岸山峦的倒影铺在水上。这样的高峡平湖，来自乌东德水电站的蓄水——它位于云南禄劝与四川会东交界的金沙江上，是世界第七、中国第四大水电站，12台85万千瓦机组是目前世界已投产的单机最大机组，总装机1020万千瓦，满发状态一年可发电约389亿度。 大坝拦出平湖，也改变着两岸：当地坚持生态优先、绿色发展，统筹推进库区生态保护、人居环境改善与交通基础设施建设。 江水慢下来，山与水开始互相成全。 #金沙江 #云南风光 ——— On the Jinsha River in Yunnan, the water has turned itself into a mirror. In late autumn at Jiangbian township, Yuanmou county, in the Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, the river through the gorge runs so clear that sky and mountains double on the surface. The wide, calm water exists because of the Wudongde hydropower station upstream, on the Jinsha at the border of Yunnan and Sichuan: the world's seventh-largest and China's fourth-largest power station, whose 12 turbine units of 850,000 kW each are the largest single hydro units in operation anywhere — 10.2 million kW installed, able to produce about 38.9 billion kWh in a full-output year. The dam created the lake, and life along the banks is changing with it: the county puts ecology first, improving villages and transport links around the reservoir while protecting the water.
