There’s been a lot of discussion about $MRVL’s deal to acquire $LITE. I wanted to look at it from a more technical angle. Why did Marvell want to buy Lumentum, and why did Lumentum agree to sell? If the deal goes through, who stands to benefit the most? My answer is $NVDA. That’s the perspective I took throughout the article.
