The part markets should care about is the calendar.‼️ China's pause on its gallium, germanium and antimony export ban to the US runs out on November 27, and the Shenzhen APEC summit is November 18 to 19. The current pause came about ten days after Trump and Xi met in Busan on October 30, 2025, so a meeting the week before the deadline gives the chip supply chain a real shot at another extension.
