Kalshi spent election week being right about everything except its own court cases. Its favorites won 479 of 487 midterm races. Over the same two days the Second Circuit let NY and Connecticut keep enforcing gambling law against it while appeals run. Ninth Circuit refused to rehear its Nevada loss. Kalshi now has until Feb 2 to take Nevada to the Supreme Court.
