I’m building a new project called agent-graph that replaces the session-based chat UI in an ADE with an interface centered on a Git graph. It makes it easy to see: 1. Which branch and worktree each agent is working in, and where its changes are landing. 2. Which agents spawned which sub-agents, and who is reviewing whose branch. 3. Which agents are waiting for your approval, and which have finished and are ready to merge. It also addresses another pain point: committing, pushing, merging, and cleaning up worktrees still require switching to a terminal or Git client.
