🇨🇳I am a Uyghur from Xinjiang, China! I oppose extremist and separatist organizations. But that does NOT mean I oppose my fellow Uyghurs living overseas! Whether they live in Xinjiang, Türkiye, the United States, or anywhere else in the world, I sincerely hope my fellow Uyghurs can live happy, peaceful lives and have better opportunities for the future! I also hope everyone will think independently and refuse to be exploited by any external political forces. No one should become a pawn in geopolitical power struggles. Our ethnic identity should never be used as an excuse to create hatred or fuel division! We may have different opinions, but we should never allow hatred to control us, and we should never support violence. I hope Xinjiang continues to develop and prosper. And I hope Uyghurs around the world can build better lives. We are one people. Peace and happiness should be our shared aspirations.
